Information needed for these purposes may be handled by services used for payments, delivery, website hosting and order communications. We use and retain information as needed for these purposes and any applicable legal obligations.

Payments and messaging

Hosted card checkout is provided by Stripe. This shop does not collect or store card details. The shop currently uses Stripe test mode; test checkout is not a real payment. Stripe describes its data practices in its Privacy Policy. If you contact us through WhatsApp, your messages are also handled by that service under its privacy terms. Service providers may process information outside the UAE.

Website storage and optional analytics

The website uses browser storage to remember your cart and language preferences. Admin login uses session and security cookies. If optional analytics is configured, it loads only after you accept the analytics prompt. You can clear your browser's stored site data to reset your preferences.

Privacy requests

Contact us on WhatsApp through our Contact page to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request relates to you. Requests are considered under applicable law, including obligations to keep some records. No online system can guarantee complete security.
